Machine Overview & Working Principle
Apple Hammer Mill Crushers are whole made in Stainless steel L316 Food grade material with motor in according with the model to keep meeting hourly production capacities.
INNER ROTTER Is having 6 Shafts with number of hammering blades with are usually 6mm thick x 50mm wide x 150mm in length.
Below the rotter there is 6mm mesh fitted usually under 12mm hole size through which crushed product is coming.
Motor is running with 4 number of belts are connected with pulleys.
Machine Bearing housings , main central shaft , 6 side shafts and rotter 4 central plates with blades All Things Are Easy To Fit/Unfit
Including Top Hopper & Other parts of machine every thing is Folding only base frame is Arc Welded.
Control panel to operate whole machine with emergency switching and Inverter VFD Frequency Controlling Device according to clients needs.
