1. Working Principle :
A colloid mill works by shearing, grinding, and high-speed mixing. The material passes through a gap Of 0.001 between a rotor and a stator, which creates a strong shear force, breaking down particles to 1-5 microns.
There is a handle for tightening and adjusting the micron setting to get fine solution & a water cooling double jacketed chamber which pretects grinding chamber from heat as to give yield and quality product.
