Key Features & Working Mechanism Of Destoner Pulper : 

1. Feeding System        : Mangoes ,Apple ,Guava Other Fruits are fed into the Destoner Pulping Machine, either manually or via a Feeding Conveyor.

2. Cutting & Destoning  : The machine uses rotary blades, rollers, or Crushing mechanisms to separate the mango pulp from the stone.

3. Separation Process   : The pulp and juice pass through a perforated screen, while the seed and skin are ejected separately.

4. Output                          : Processed Mango Pulp is collected, ready for further processing.

Types of Mango/Apple/Guava Destoner Pulpers :

• Single-Stage Destoner Pulper : Separates Stones and pulp in one step.

• Two-Stage Destoner Pulper    : First removes stones, then refines the pulp through pulp refiner/finisher.
